How it works

Collect data at front end—You collect all end user data, including ACH or credit card payment information, at your website or through your IVR.
Transmit remittance data—You forward the data to CollectPay Connect in an encrypted API.

Process payments at back end—The application processes the payment in real-time and returns either a confirmation number or an error message.

Real-time confirmation—Your website can display the appropriate confirmation or error message for the end user.

Manage the application—Your authorized representatives can access the robust administrative interface to cancel and modify payments, view and download reports, search for specific information and make reimbursements.
