Postilion and Online Resources Renew Alliance To Deliver Expanded Billpay Solutions

CHANTILLY, Va., October 16, 2007 – Online Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCC), a leading provider of Web-based financial services, today announced that it has renewed a multi-year reseller agreement with Postilion, a leader in software solutions for self-service banking and payments and a division of S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE), for bill payment services. Under the agreement, Online Resources will be presented as a bill payment vendor of choice to clients using Postilion Retail Internet Banking.

Online Resources has partnered with Postilion for more than eight years to deliver its industry-leading bill payment services to Postilion Retail Internet Banking clients. Those clients that choose Online Resources for bill payment will now benefit from the company’s Biller Network and Real-Time Digital Scanline™ (RTDS) technologies, which together generate the highest electronic and lowest claims rates in the industry.
