Online Resources Announces Date for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2005 Earnings

CHANTILLY, Va., January 13, 2006

Online Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCC), a leading outsourcer of Internet financial services, today announced it will provide fourth quarter and full year 2005 earnings results after the close of market on Tuesday, February 14, 2006. Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 5:00 p.m. ET the same day.
