Kirchman To Offer Seamless Access To Online Resources' Services

Through Advanced Technology, Companies Create Real-Time, Customer-Centric Interface

MCLEAN, Va., January 26, 2004

Online Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCC), a leading outsourcer of Internet banking and payment services, today announced a new partnership agreement with Kirchman Corporation, a leading core banking software solution provider. Under the new agreement, the companies have developed an interface using advanced technology to enable real-time access to Online Resources' full suite of QuotienSM products and services, which Kirchman will market to its client base of more than 1,000 banks.

The interface between Kirchman's core banking software solution, Kirchman BankwayTM, and Online Resources is the first of its kind for the companies and will use IBM Websphere® MQ technology, known as the "gold standard" for message transport. The interface allows Kirchman to offer its bank clients the highest range of functionality of Online Resources' seamlessly integrated online banking and bill payment services as well as Money HQSM, the state-of-the-art online personal financial management and transaction center. The interface enables real-time information exchange in a highly reliable, secure environment.

Kirchman's clients also will be able to take advantage of Online Resources' patented real-time payments gateway, extensive marketing and integrated consumer management services, which converts more than 27 percent of online banking customers to bill payment, one of the highest success rates in the industry.
