Online Resources Names Crosier President

MCLEAN, Va. — Feb. 1

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2001--Online Resources Corp. (Nasdaq: ORCC), a leading Internet application service provider to financial institutions, today announced the appointment of Raymond T. Crosier as president and chief operating officer of the company.

Crosier has served as an Executive Vice President since July 1999. He reports to Matthew P. Lawlor, chairman and chief executive officer of Online Resources. "This appointment consolidates operating responsibility for delivering on our recently announced 5-point initiative to reach profitability," said Lawlor. Crosier, 45, joined Online Resources in 1996 with over 20 years management experience in payment systems, transaction processing and financial services technology. Before joining Online Resources, Crosier served as a vice president, sales and customer service for First Data Corporation's TeleCheck subsidiary. Crosier is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
