Online Resources can provide you with a web version of your paper statement.
This statement provides not only the statement data but all the information
found on the front and back of your paper statements. With e-Statements
both you and your cardmembers are saved the cost of statement processing,
mailing and postage!
Statement Details
All of the statement transaction, rewards and finance charge details found
on the paper bill are available along with the statement messages and
backers.
Cardmember Set-Up
A cardmember is taken through a setup process in which he can elect to
turn off paper statements. Any Terms & Conditions that you want displayed
can also be made available and the cardmember can accept or reject them.
He can change his options at any time, and even re-instate his paper bill.
Statement Delivery
The cardmember receives notification via email when his statement is available
for viewing online.
Payment
If the cardmember wants to pay by mail, he can enter the amount he wishes
to pay and print out a pre-filled payment form. If you like, the e-Statements
module can also be integrated with the Online Resources Consumer Card Payments module for easy online payment, or integrated with your existing online
payment service.
