How it Works for the Debtor

Authentication: Account holders enter site and submit information to verify their identity and ensure user and network security.

Compliance Dialogue:  Account holders are presented with language that adheres to state and federal requirements to ensure compliance.

Treatment Presentation: Account holders view their account information and payment options, which are managed and pre-defined by the creditor. Options may include an assortment of payment methods for an acceptable amount, recording a promise-to-pay, resolution of a payment program (flex pay, workout, settlement), and a host of consumer functions that create a financial advisory experience.

Negotiation: The Virtual Collection Agent will resolve the outcome best for the debtor and the creditor.

Payment Processing: Payments are submitted online with multiple funding sources, including check, savings account, signature debit card and credit card.  Integration with our card and ACH payment services provides debtors a seamless experience from authentication to payment.

In addition to the functions above, debtors can exchange secure messages with the creditor’s agents, update their right-party-contact information, and to request an appointment to speak to an agent.
