environment - significantly reducing your costs while also providing real
convenience to your customers. With this product, customers can select
a service request category from a drop-down menu populated with the most
common request types. If a customer has a request that is not listed,
he can select the "Other" category in the drop-down menu, enter
his own subject line, and make his request.

to work with the Online Resources Business Card Inquiry Manager to process the
customer requests. There are also numerous other ways to handle requests,
