Sheila Narayan
Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations
Sheila Narayan leads Online Resources' Corporate Operations group. She is responsible for enterprise-wide operations including all payment operations, treasury management/ funds control, client support, and our call centers. Prior to joining Online Resources in 2008, Narayan was a strategic payments consultant and partner at First Annapolis, where she spent more than 10 years developing business and market strategy, leading strategic implementations, and managing client relationships for some of the largest U.S. and international banks, credit card issuers and payment processors. Narayan was recognized for financial excellence by Digital Equipment Corporation, where she conducted a 3-year intensive financial development program. Narayan holds a bachelor's degree from Bryant College and a master's degree from The Wharton School.
