Sheila Narayan
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Banking CSP Payments
Sheila Narayan leads Online Resources’ Banking CSP (consumer service provider) Payments division, which provides bill payment and related services to many of the largest U.S. banks and a host of strategic and marketing partnerships. The division also provides bill payment services to the Company’s full service clients, which are managed by the Community Bank & Credit Union division. Prior to Online Resources, Narayan was a strategic payments consultant and partner at First Annapolis, where she spent more than 10 years developing business and market strategy, leading strategic implementations, and managing client relationships for some of the largest U.S. and international banks, credit card issuers and payment processors. Narayan was recognized for financial excellence by Digital Equipment Corporation, where she conducted a 3-year intensive financial development program. Narayan holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College and a master’s degree from The Wharton School.
