Robert R. Craig
Executive Vice President, eCommerce Services
Bob Craig heads eCommerce sales, business development and client services for Online Resources. He is responsible for developing and maintaining biller and credit provider client relationships and introducing the Company's electronic billing, payments and collections services to businesses across the financial services, utility, insurance, healthcare and other industries. Prior to joining Online Resources in 2006, Craig served as head of business development for First Data Corporation's remittance processing business. In 1996, he co-founded REMITCO, a remittance processing company that was acquired by First Data in 2000. Craig has held management positions at Corestates Bank, now part of Wachovia Bank, and in JPMorgan Chase's global treasury and commercial divisions. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Lafayette College.
