Company incorporated as Online Resources, Ltd., located in Washington, D.C.

1990

Online Resources completes $750,000 seed round of private financing and moves to McLean, Virginia

1991

Online Resources secures first client, $35B Maryland National Bank

1992

Online Resources launches its proprietary screen-based telephone (the Online 120) with integrated banking and bill payment services

1993

Online Resources awarded three major patents covering online payments, integrated database marketing and the screen-based telephone

1994

Consumer access options expanded to include conventional touch-tone phone, screen phone and PC client software

1995

Online Resources was the first remote banking outsourcer to support consumer Internet banking access

1996

Online Resources launches its proprietary customer care center supporting user calls and cross-selling of bill payment and other e-financial services

1997

Online Resources' proprietary bill payment service leads payments industry with highest electronic remittance percentage (now over 70 percent in most metropolitan markets)

1998

Online Resources finishes its unique online payments gateway, linking it to substantially all U.S. banking institutions through a network of over 50 core processors and ATM networks

1999

Online Resources completes $43 million initial public offering

2000

Online Resources signs 400th financial institution client and secures $20 million convertible debt despite troubled capital markets

2001

Online Resources named among fastest growing technology companies by Deloitte & Touche and launches unique integrated consumer marketing capabilities to drive consumer adoption and client profitability

2002

Online Resources achieves profitability and 30 consecutive quarters of revenue growth exceeding 25 percent

2003

Online Resources introduces Money HQSM, the industry's first account aggregation and money movement service to be fully integrated with online banking and bill payment

2004

Online Resources acquires Incurrent Solutions, Inc., the foremost Internet application service provider (ASP) to the credit card issuer industry. The Parsippany, New Jersey, company becomes Online Resources' Card & Credit Services division

2005

Online Resources acquires Integrated Data Systems, a premier technology provider to credit unions. The Woodland Hills and Pleasanton, California, company becomes the Custom Solutions group within Online Resources' Banking Services division

2006

Online Resources acquires Princeton eCom, a leading electronic payments provider to financial institutions and billers. The Princeton, N.J.-based company becomes part of the Company’s eCommerce division. Following the acquisition, Online Resources processes over 200 million transactions representing $75 billion in bill payments, and serves 2,200 financial institutions and 1,600 billers, more clients than any other bill payment processor.

2007

Online Resources acquires Internet Transaction Solutions, the leading biller service provider (BSP) to receivables management companies and utilities.  The Columbus, Ohio-based company becomes a part of the Company’s eCommerce division.
