Personal Time Off |
Vacation and sick leave and floating holidays are combined for a total of 19 paid days off the first year. The benefit increases to 24 days after the fifth year and 29 days after 10 years. 80 hours of PTO can be carried over from year to year. In addition, PTO accrual begins immediately, and there is no waiting period to begin using PTO. |
