Online Resources provides B2B2C web-based financial services to three different markets.

Our roots are in the banking market, where we provide our Banking Services to community and regional banks and credit unions, and large banking firms for niche situations. With the 2005 acquisition of California-based Integrated Data Systems, we also provide custom solutions to financial institutions, including new products such as account opening and lending, plus the ability to deploy these and other services in-house, hosted or via a service bureau.

With the 2004 acquisition of New Jersey-based Incurrent, Online Resources expanded into the card and credit markets. The resulting Card & Credit Services division serves card and credit issuers and debt holders, providing their consumers with Web-based account presentation services, award-winning collections technology and merchant inquiry services.

Online Resources also provides billers and payment acquirers with a Web-based payment capability, using our patented real-time payments architecture. Through the acquisition of New Jersey-based Princeton eCom in 2006, and Ohio-based Internet Transaction Solutions in 2007, our eCommerce Services now provides these services to more than 1,600 billers. In addition, we are also working to reduce the cost and increase the speed of Internet-originated consumer payments for Web shopping, reloading stored value cards and other e-commerce applications.
